How do I register?
- Connect to the Internet and run the Casino software, first making sure that all your other applications are closed.
- When the Casino's main screen becomes visible, click on the "Connect" button, then on the "Register" button.
- You need to register whether you wish to play as a Guest or Real player. Following the prompts, enter your email address
and contact details. You will be required to enter a password of your choice. Note that your password is case sensitive.
- Once registration is complete, you will automatically be provided a player account number. Keep your account number and password
in a safe place. You will use them to access the Casino each time you wish to play.
- You will be asked if you want the software to remember your password. Only select "Yes" if you are the ONLY person who has access
to your computer.
How do I log in to the Casino?
- Connect to the Internet
- Click on the Casino icon on your desktop, or the location you have chosen to save the Casino, to run the Casino software
- Click on the "Connect" button on the main Casino screen
- When a dialogue box appears, enter your User Account number and password
Why won't my password work?
Your password is case-sensitive and must be entered the same way each time you log in.
What if I forget my password/account number?
If you have forgotten your password or account number, click here to contact the Casino's support department and we'll send you the information.
What if I try logging in and it does not connect?
This is due to a bad or slow connection with your Internet Service Provider. Disconnect and reconnect to the Internet and try again.
