Credits are deposited at the rate of 1 credit for €1. The minimum deposit amount is €20.

WITHDRAWING
If you choose to withdraw your winnings, you will be sent a cheque in Euros. For more details or to request that a cheque be sent to you, please contact our Support Desk.

All withdrawal requests will be processed within 32 hours of receipt of the request. In order to conform with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering regulations, we may be required to receive certain identification documents prior to releasing a withdrawal. Should we require such documentation from you, we will contact you via email.

To minimize the risk of fraud, 999 Casino allows players to register a maximum of three (3) credit cards through the casino software. Each registered card is subject to a maximum single deposit limit of the € equivalent of $US500 and a daily deposit limit of the € equivalent of $US1,500. In addition, each card is subject to a weekly deposit limit of the € equivalent of $US2,500. All credit card limits are refreshed on our servers weekly at 00:00am GMT+2.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
When you hit the withdraw button on the casino software, your payout will be processed by us within 48 hours. Further bank processing time, however, may delay amounts showing up on your account statement for up to seven working days.

According to our computers, transactions take place between 00:00 and 24:00 on the date listed on your account statement.
