| 999 Casino Refer a Friend Program Terms & Conditions

- You must only refer to individuals whom you know and who you genuinely believe would want to become a 999 Casino member. You may not refer an existing 999 Casino member.
- Only an existing 999 Casino member whose casino account is in good standing may refer a friend under these rules.
- Make sure each of the invited friends meets the following qualifications: (i) the friend is not, nor has in the past been, a 999 Casino member; (ii) the Friend opens a new 999 Casino account; (ii) the friend adds funds to the newly opened 999 Casino account; (iii) the friend agrees all of 999 Casino general terms and conditions. In addition, the Friend's account must be in good standing.
- You will receive 25% of your invited friends first deposit amount to your casino account, up to $25.
- Your invited friend will receive 15% of the amount they deposited to their newly opened casino account, up to $15.
- All bonuses are dependent on the invited friend initiating a first deposit within 90 days of receiving your invitation.
- Once you have submitted your friend's email address, 999 Casino will send your friend an email invitation to join, including an optional personalized message. You consent to use of your name in the email sent to your friend. Unless your friend becomes a 999 Casino member, we will only use your friend's email address for the purpose of this promotion.
- Make sure the email you use to invite your friend, and the email your friend use to register to 999 Casino will be absolute identical. Using different email addresses will disqualify both of you.
- We strictly forbid the sending of unsolicited emails to numerous recipients ("spamming") and any 999 Casino user who spams other Internet users will have his or her account immediately and permanently terminated. 999 Casino reserves the right to seek damages from any such persons exploiting 999 Casino's Refer a Friend program for commercial gain.
- The Refer a Friend program is open to all individuals except residents from the following 11 states in the US: Michigan, Illinois, Louisiana, Oregon, Washington, Wisconsin, Indiana, Nevada, South Dakota, New Jersey and New York.
- All promotion entries are subject to verification by 999 Casino, which reserves the right to cancel and revoke any promotion entries if they are found to be improper or incomplete or if the entrant is subsequently found not to be eligible pursuant to the promotion rules.
- Promotion bonuses are not transferable and must be played through thirty times before they can be withdrawn. VIP players must play through their bonuses fifteen times. Read the ClearPlay Bonus System terms and conditions for full details.
- By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these rules and if it is determined that you have not complied with any of the rules, we may, in addition to any other right or remedy, terminate your and your friend's 999 casino accounts.
- 999 Casino may terminate this promotion at any time and may amend the rules or components of the promotion at any time. Any amendments will be posted to this page and it is your responsibility to review this page from time to time for such amendments.
- The decision of the Casino regarding winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
