Outline
- We guarantee that, subject to the eligibility requirements and exceptions listed below, you will have your withdrawal in your NETeller Account within 24 hours of requesting the withdrawal from the casino.
- The maximum withdrawal amount covered by this guarantee is $2,500 per 24 hour period.
- If you do not receive your cash within 24 hours and have met all the eligibility requirements and do not fall under any of the exceptions below, we will credit your casino account with 10% of your total withdrawal amount, up to a maximum of $250.
- If you do not receive your cash within 24 hours, please notify us at support@999casino.com. We will investigate your case and, if you are eligible, we will credit your 10% bonus as soon as possible.
- We reserve the right to change or end this guarantee at any time and without prior notice. We also reserve the right not to pay the 10% bonus to any player if we believe that their actions are fraudulent or abusive.
Eligibility
In order to be eligible for the 24 Hour Payout Guarantee, you must comply with the following conditions:
- You must hold a NETeller account, and this account must not be locked;
- You must have deposited at the casino using NETeller or NETeller Instacash at least once during the 30 days prior to your withdrawal.
- You must have wagered the total of your NETeller/NETeller Instacash deposits at least five times in the casino, excluding play on all Craps and Roulette games.
- When you complete the withdrawal process in the casino software, you must choose NETeller as your preferred payment method, and ensure that your NETeller account details are correctly entered.
Exceptions
The following situations are not covered by the 24 Hour Payout Guarantee:
- If you have deposited using another alternative payment method during the last 90 days prior to your withdrawal (including FirePay, Citadel and Click2Pay), we may be required to refund the total amount of your deposits for the last 90 days back to the method of deposit. If this is the case, these amounts are not covered by the 24 Hour Payout Guarantee.
- In certain cases, we may be required by anti-money laundering and anti-fraud policies to request certain documents from you prior to processing your withdrawal. While we will make every effort to minimize any delays this may cause, these withdrawals will not be covered by the 24 Hour Payout Guarantee. Please note, however, that once you have completed any requested documentation, you will generally not be required to do so again, and any further withdrawals will be covered by the guarantee.
- Prior to you receiving notification from the casino that your withdrawal has been processed to your NETeller account, you may choose to have part or all of your withdrawal refunded to your casino account in order to play on these funds. If you choose to do this, the amount that you reverse is not covered by the guarantee. Should you re-withdraw the amount, the 24-hour period starts again from the time of the second withdrawal.
- Please note that there are certain days throughout the year that NETeller are closed for processing. During these times you will not be covered by the guarantee. Information on these dates can be obtained from our Customer Support.
